Terrill has over 25 years of small business experience in hands-on management and financial management. Before joining Cruxpoint Consulting, Terrill managed Comstock Hunting Lodge, one of the premier hunting operations in America. For twenty years she was part owner of Spencer Herefords, Inc. where she was involved in all aspects of the business from accounting to marketing and the day-to-day business of running a purebred cattle ranch. She has also owned and managed restaurant operations and worked in professional services.
In the seminar room she brings a keen common sense to all things having to do with business, people, and financial matters. She firmly believes in practicing the disciplines that lead to results, and constantly seeks the most efficient routes to good business outcomes. She is self-initiated, a relentless problem-solver, and always interested in helping others to succeed.
Terrill grew up on a farm in Nebraska where she spent a lot of time riding and showing horses. She likes sports of all kinds and thrives on being outdoors. She brings curiosity and a sense of adventure to her work, and is always ready to try something new.
Terrill loves business, finance, numbers, and food. One of her favorite things is cooking for friends and family. Terrill has three daughters and two sons and currently lives in Broken Bow, Nebraska.
