The Cruxpoint Breakthrough Consulting Process Overview
Our Cruxpoint Breakthrough Consulting Process is a large-scale, fast, intensive change process. It is a tailored intervention, customized to address the specific needs and characteristics of each individual company. The process has three elements; Research & Assessment, Breakthrough Seminars, and Follow-Up Consulting.

In addition, we partner with HR to re-tool processes and programs related to manager and leadership development, capability assessment, goal setting and performance management.
 

1. Research & Assessment
We research the company and conduct customized, structured individual interviews with executives and some of the brightest and most incisive employees drawn from other levels of the company.

Through the assessment we capture the essential condition of the company and its issues. The findings are summarized in a brief report and presented to the senior leadership. We work with the CEO and team to assure that we understand the goals to be achieved as well as the relevant success metrics. These goals and metrics become the foundation for customizing our breakthrough seminar process.
 

2. Breakthrough Seminars
The Cruxpoint Breakthrough seminars are designed to produce high-impact, immediate change—not just incremental change, but step change. Our seminars vary in length depending on the level of employee and the issues they are facing.

Within these seminars the Cruxpoint facilitators lead a process that:

Produces a culture of accountability, ownership and commitment at all levels

Creates direction and focus

Maximizes potential in the management team and the workforce

Raises expectations and standards for individuals and the company as a whole

Engenders spirit, responsibility, future-focus, commitment, and resolve

The heart-and-soul of these seminars is getting the human seedbed—the employee mindset—in good shape. All business initiatives are planted in this human seedbed. In order for these initiatives to take root, grow, and bear fruit, the seedbed must be in good shape.
 

3. Follow-Up Consulting
The Cruxpoint Breakthrough Consulting Process includes follow-up consulting with leaders and managers—as needed and wanted. During this follow up phase we work closely with line managers and HR partners. The goal of these sessions is to bring structure to implementation and to sustain accountability for results. The focus is on teamwork, goals, metrics and pace. The purpose is to make sure that managers are not stuck in business-as-usual, avoiding the hard stuff, reverting to habit, or floundering around.
