We are seeking highly qualified contract training professionals, from across a range of age and experience, to be Cruxpoint trainers and consultants. We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and self-managing professionals who have the ability to deal in both the hard and soft sides of business.

Required Education, Experience, And Skills:

• Minimum requirement is a bachelors degree, preferably in business or economics

• Advanced degrees are preferred (in business, economics, political science, and psychology)

• Keen intuition about business and people

• Dynamic presence and front-of-the-room ability

• Highly effective communicator—written and oral

• Computer-literate and adept at Microsoft Office Suite

Highly Desirable:

• Line experience in a large business or corporation

• Entrepreneurial or start-up experience

• Quantitative and analytic ability and skills

• Exceptional intuition about people
